Our buffet menus are designed for off-site cooking but still maintaining the quality of RedBook cuisine. We can offer this service with less chefs and kitchen equipment and adding more money to your pockets!

Stations are one of the best ways to keep the party on and poppin’ Our staff sets up made to order stations for your guests to visit at any moment of your event. We encourage doing a mix of cocktail tables and dining tables that way you don’t have to assign seating for every guest. Stations are the perfect option for that mix + mingle feel all night long!
family style
Family style is one of the most intimate setting for your guests to really mingle and bond during dinner. Our food is always cooked on-site, fresh and sent straight to the table! Family style cuts the time of dinner in half by our servers taking each dish straight to the table. One of our favorite styles of serving!
Plated Meals
Complete seated restaurant service - plated meals are a great way to give your guests that elegant and upscale feel. Guests will choose their entree by RSVP cards for our staff to be able to ensure that dinner runs smoothly and efficiently. *Some venues may not qualify for this service due to extent of set-up.
