FULL PLANNING + Design INVESTMENT

This investment is perfect for the couple that is looking for "All hands on deck" kind of planner. This includes;

  • Introduction meeting (2 weeks after booking) This will cover designs and overall vision for wedding day logistics

  • Custom budget creation

  • Full access to our planning software!

  • Pinterest + design board development

  • To-Do tasks and goal settings

  • Guest management and tracking along with communications

  • Assistance with booking all vendors (venue search can be added as an a la carte item)

  • Vendor contract reviews and gathering of balances

  • Unlimited emails, text and phone consultation as needed (must be pre-scheduled)

  • Scheduled virtual or in-person planning meetings throughout planning process

  • In-person final coordination meeting (40-30 days out)

  • Post FCM meeting to confirm all details (3 weeks before event)

  • Management and oversight

  • Design services

  • Vendor communication and point of contact

  • Timeline creation and finalization

  • Layout creation and finalization

  • Assistance and placement of all personal decor and items (please note their are additional fee's for but not limited to any floral arrangements and structures)

This investment is perfect for those looking for a seasoned PLANNER that can help pull together the final details and assistance with booking the remaining vendors needed. TYPICALLY BETWEEN 6-8 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. This includes:

  • Two "day of" coordinators for up to 10 hours plus your lead planner

  • Booking and recommendations of any missing vendors

  • Vendor contract reviews and gathering of balances

  • Access to our planning software!

  • Introduction meeting (2 weeks after booking)

  • Initial coordination meeting (6-8 months before event date)

  • Check-In meetings twice a month (virtual or in-person)

  • Unlimited emails, text and phone consultation as needed (must be pre-scheduled)

  • In-person final coordination meeting (40-30 days out)

  • Post FCM meeting to confirm all details (3 weeks before event)

  • Management and oversight

  • Design services

  • Vendor communication and point of contact

  • “Getting-Ready” Coffee Services - Our team can provide coffee services for you while you are getting ready on your wedding day. We can order from a local coffee shop or Starbucks with everything you need!

  • “Getting Ready” Mimosa Package - You provide the champagne we provide the juices! Our team can provide a simple mimosa package that includes, champagne glasses, orange juice, cranberry juice, mixed fruit and ice.

  • “Getting Ready” Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch Orders - Need someone to plan those logistics on the day of and deliver from your favorite breakfast or lunch spot while you are getting ready for the big day? Our team can help!
